Hi! Here is my info/rules when joining my GOs:

RULES:

• Please be committed when joining. You are allowed to back out up until the first payment. Once the items are purchased, you will not be able to receive a refund. Substitute joiners are welcome if you can find someone to take your claim for you.
• Please be patient. Group orders typically do not arrive as soon as the items are released. Unless I go through KPopAgent for the albums, they will take a few weeks to arrive after release. I also have a part-time job and a small business on top of group orders, so it may take a few days to process items that come in.
• Please treat me and all joiners with respect. Failure to do this will result in a warning and then if repeated, you will be removed from the GO with no refund.
• Please don’t be afraid to ask questions! I love answering questions and helping people, so don’t hesitate to ask!
• (As of 11/29) OT_ claims (full sets) must be paid in FULL by the deadline. Covering full sets on my end is difficult and there is always a chance a joiner could back out after claiming a full set. I can no longer grant extensions for full-set claims.

PROCESS:

1. go opens
   • I will collect everyone’s claims and compile them into a Notion spreadsheet, always available to view through my linktree in my IG bio
   • You will be added to an IG groupchat where all the details will be shared. Please make sure to follow my account to allow messaging.
2. go closes
   • Initial payment will be due a few days after the go closes. I will specify that date in the groupchat. Failure to pay initials on time will result in a $0.50/day fee ($1/day fee for claims over $25) until the payment is completed.
   • Any unclaimed slots will still be open, however, I will not be opening more sets after a GO closes.
3. I place the order for the items
   • Purchase proof will be shared in groupchat.
4. When items release, they will be shipped to my kaddy.
5. Once at my kaddy, EMS will be calculated.
   • I always cover the combining fee for all of my GOs. Packages will possibly be combined with other GO albums/items, depending on timing.
   • EMS covers the cost of shipping from the warehouse (kaddy) to me. Korean shipping is usually around $2-4, depending what is purchased, so I cover that cost as well.
6. EMS totals will be posted and payment will be due by the date I specify in the group chat. Failure to pay EMS by the deadline will result in an increase of $0.50 per extra day.
7. Package will be shipped from my kaddy to me.
   • Please allow some time for the package to go through customs checks, etc.
8. I will receive the package.
   • I will inspect upon arrival to make sure everything is included!
   • I will also start sorting if sorting applies. I typically sort for inclusions, pobs, etc.
9. Domestic address collection
   • I will send out a Google form to collect everyone’s addresses.
10. Dom. shipping will be posted and your items will be shipped out to you once the final payment is made.
    • If you would like item proof before sending, I will have a question on the shipping address collection form that includes this.
    • If purchasing an item with tracking, your tracking number will be sent through email. Please contact me if you do not receive your tracking number within 24 hours of paying shipping.
11. You will receive your items!
    • Please tag me in your story or send me a DM once you receive your items! It helps me build my GO proof for future GOs and trades/sales!
